Rationale for the RPMS Data Collection System


• To better support the continuous professional development
of teachers based on the PPST, DepEd-BHROD seeks to
establish baseline data on teachers’ proficiency level on
the first 12 PPST indicators (and on the succeeding
indicators).

• All public schools need to submit data consolidated from


teachers’ Individual Performance Commitment Review
Forms (IPCRF) for each rating period.

• There’s a need to establish a system that will enable


collection and submission of RPMS data across

• The IPCRF works best in MS Office 2010 or newer. IPCRF 2019-
2020 shall be used for RPMS 2019-2020. Consequently, IPCRF
2020-2021 shall be used for RPMS 2020-2021.
• Each teacher shall have one IPCRF Collection file.
• The IPCRF Data Collection Form may be produced into a
number of copies after encoding in the following fields in Part 1
of the Encoding tab: Division, School ID, School Name, and
School Classification. Edit the name of each file to include the
name of the teacher.
• Don’t type in fields with dropdown button.
• The IPCRF Consolidation Form (SY 2019-2020) for the Division
and Regional levels shall be available before March 2020.
