EGG SURPRISE
 How we do it..
Empty egg shells contain small cards with the
name of the dish, the Chef will go to the guest
table and have short talk about their stay in our
property and specially how was the restaurant
and the food, then offer the surprise to guest by
letting them pick one of the egg and the guest will
crack it at the black pot to reveal the small card,
whatever dish comes out, the Chef will cook the
special egg dish for them.

• EGG BONIFACIO
This dish is composed of smoke fish (tinapa), egg,
Pandesal, which is the favorite dish of Andres
Bonifacio,
our national hero who lead the Katipunan,
To elevate the dish, we use pandesal as local
signature
Bread, smoke salmon, flake smoke fish, poach egg,
And a local inspired hollandaise sauce
Hollandaise sauce ingredients are made of clarified
butter,
Egg yolk, Calamansi, bit of cilli, And soy sauce
• Tea Infused Hard Boiled Egg

Hence that MC Buffet is catered all nationality, We

Include this delicious tea infused egg for our Chinese
Guest who were always in our restaurant, this egg
Were their favorite as appetizer, component of
Congee for breakfast. As inspired by some of Chinese
Executive Chef we with before, we learned the right
Way of cooking this very simple egg dish.
Frittatas is another way of cooking an egg,
we include this dish in our surprise
because we want to share mamas cooking
style breakfast food. Simple, yet delicious
Italian dish for breakfast or brunch,

This hearty dish is served with crispy

bacon and local organic arugula from
our farm in Batangas.
