This study examines the psychological experiences of transfer students in adjusting to a new academic environment. It investigates their coping mechanisms and seeks to identify intervention techniques that can help ease adjustment. The study will interview 20 transfer students at Colegio San Juan de Letran about their social and academic adjustment challenges and apply Schlossberg's transition theory to understand factors influencing their ability to adapt. The goal is to inform students of common problems and improve support for transfer students.
