Electricity - Report faults. Maintenance.

Smoking - Only smoke in specified areas.

and Gases - Store them safely.

CLASS A: Solid material.
Example: wood, paper, coal

CLASS B: Liquids or liquefiable solids.


Example: petrol, oil, methanol

CLASS C: Gases or Liquefied gases resulting


from leaks or spillage.
Example: methane, butane

CLASS D: Metals.
Example: aluminium, magnesium

and safest available exit.

• Get help for those that need help to leave the premises.

• Check that everyone is out of your area.

REMEMBER: Your number one priority is to get out


- and to help others do the same.

• Develop a fire safety awareness.

• Decide where and what are the potential


fire hazards in your area.

• Carry out a daily check of your area (not recorded)

• Carry out a monthly inspection check of your area
