ICTs are important in our daily lives because
with the use of ICT devices people are able to
communicate with others individuals from
across the news on the internet, smart
phones can be used to check the time ,serve
as alarm clock and for research purposes
online.
What is the importance of ICT in project
planning?

It improves employee communication ,automates

many business operations, and enhance the
transparency of your projects.
•That will enhance client and employee
satisfactions, increase profits, and give
you a chance to grow.

• Researching on available data about your topic
• Setting deadline and meetings.
• Finding a web or blog host
• Creating a site map or blog host
• Listing down all application that you need

• Defining the scope of the project.

• Identifying the project sponsor, stakeholders and a
communications plan.
• Defining the goals , objective and deliverables.
• Defining any constraints and assumptions.

of the website for public view and promoting it.
Promotion typically starts before the actual release.
4.Maintenance involves responding to
feedback of your site visitors and
continuing to improve the website.

ICT helps pupils to develop new skill and become more

creative. ICT stimulates the development of
imagination as well as initiative. It is a valuable tools for
producing work, both in terms of contents and form. It
improves pupils academic performance as their
classroom experience also improves substantially.
