The Actor
In a far-flung barangay of
General Luna, province of
Quezon which is barangay San
Nicolas, there was a young boy
named Calvin Veneracion.
He is the only son of Celia Veneracion and Nolie
Veneracion. Because of poverty, he was forced to
work in the farm in his very young age, for them to
have food to eat.
He dreamed to become a teacher, so
that he can teach those children in
their community. But because of lack
of financial support from his parent,
he failed to pursue his dream.
He decided to go to Manila to earn money and an
opportunity to become an actor came.Now, at his age of
25, he is an actor.
The Actor

Conjunctions are words that connect words, phrases,
clauses, or sentences.
There are two (2) types of conjunctions
Coordinating conjunctions

connect words or group of words that are of equal importance.

Subordinating conjunctions

- join two clauses making one clause or subordinate of the


other clause.
Examples:

after, before, since, until, when, whenever, while, because, whether,


so that, although, and even though.
