The purpose of this pack is to document the key information for an RFx so the virtual account team can

respond to a proposal as easily as possible.


With the assistance of the Account Executive, Solution Adviser and Client Partner, the Proposal Manager
ensures that the content is as complete as possible prior to the Kick-Off Meeting.
The pack is designed to be presented at the Kick-Off Meeting and forms the agenda for the meeting. Any
outstanding items that haven’t been completed prior to the meeting, can be completed during the meeting.
Please note that the structure and content of the following slides are a guide only and can be altered to suit
the opportunity.
