JONAH LEHRER’S STORY

 STARTING OUT AS A
SCIENTIST
Jonah started out as a scientist but
soon realized that he wasn’t good at
experiments and just not a good
scientist in general.
He soon got a scholarship at oxford to
study writing.
 STARTING OUT WRITING
He then wrote a book called The Digital Mind: How We Think and
Behave Differently on Screens and it was a huge success. He started
writing for major news outlets like Wired, Times and other news
outlets.
HISTORY

He then started writing for the New York Times. After a few weeks writing for them he self plagiarized he then
stopped writing for them. After a while he published a book called How Creativity Works. He plagiarized a Bob
Dylan quote.

BACKLASH FROM FANS
AND OTHER JOURNALIST
Jonah Lehrer soon resigned from the New York
Times and released a statement saying that he
will resign from writing. The journalist
community said after his statement was released
was that they were ashamed and that it was a
shock that a young great mind quit writing after
becoming a huge success.
