animals
• Their main aim is to help people/animals/the environment or promote a cause
• They still aim make profits but it is all reinvested back into the organisation to support
its aims and objectives

Stakeholders - are entities that are affected by or have an interest in business activity.
They an be internal or external to the business
Internal stakeholders include the owners, managers, employees and investors of a company.
External stakeholders comprise of the customers, competitors, suppliers, creditors, local
community/public and the government.
Stakeholders of the school:

• Parents & students(internal)

• Board of Governors (internal)
