Manifesto on Citizen Engagement
The Manifesto on Citizen Engagement is the outcome of a co-creation process.
It embeds relevant inclusiveness’ principles for cities to be implemented in order
to smarten up and to become a better place to live for citizens.

To facilitate dissemination of the Manifesto at the local level and make it
accessible to a wider range of cities, the Manifesto and its principles were
translated in 6 additional languages, available on the EIP SCC Website. The
Manifesto has been endorsed by 197 public and private sectors
representatives.
