This app will be available to the

Division users

OTP based User authentication for

registered mobile number

Login page
Map Page

Users can add, move or delete

Post Office features on the map.

The user can also Geotag Assets

for the validated Post Office
features using this app.
 To start editing click on Start Editing button on
map page.
Select Layer button will appear. Clicking on it
will open a list from which you can select the
layer on which you want to perform editing.
Select a desired layer from the layer selection
(Branch Post Office, Sub Post Office and Head
Post Office).
After selecting the layer select the action you
want to perform:
 Add/Edit Post Office Feature
 Geotag Post Office
 Geotag Post Office Asset
 The buttons at the bottom of map page will
become active accordingly and the layer will be
visible on the map.
 Add , Delete and Move Buttons enabled
when Add/Edit Post Office Feature

 Add Post Office
 Click on Add button to start Post Office feature Add operation.

 Tap on the map where you want to add feature.

 CONDITIONS that must be satisfied:

1. User can only add feature within 200 meters radius from the current location.
2. User can only add post office in the designated districts assigned to him.

 If the conditions are satisfied you will be redirected to new activity where you will fill
the attribute details for the added feature.

 After this click on Submit button to add the feature to the layer with a newly unique
facility / post office id entered by the user.

 If successful, you will be redirected back to Map page and the feature will appear on
the map where you added the feature else the error message will appear.
 Tap on map to add a post  If conditions met, then attribute form opens
office point feature
Move Post Office
 Click on Move button to start move
operation.
 Then tap on the post office feature
which you want to move.
 CONDITIONS that must be satisfied:
 User can only move feature inside
200 meters radius from the
current location.
 User can only move the post
office in the designated districts
assigned to him.
 After tapping on the feature, if the
conditions are satisfied the feature
will be selected and a message will
appear then, tap on the map where
you want to move feature and then
location updated message will appear.
Delete Post Office
 Click on Delete button to start Delete
operation.
 Then tap on the feature which you
want to delete.
 CONDITIONS that must be satisfied:
 User can only delete feature
inside 200 meters radius from
your current location.
 User can only delete post office in
the designated districts assigned
to him.
 After tapping on the feature, the
feature will be selected and if
successful and the conditions are
satisfied, message will appear that the
feature has been deleted.
Geotag Post Office
 Click on Geotag button after selecting Geotag Post Office from options
as asked for, to start Geotagging post office operation.

 Tap on the Post Office feature for which you want to geotag.

 CONDITIONS that must be satisfied:

1. User can only geotag feature inside 200 meters radius from the
current location.
2. User can only geotag post office in the designated districts
assigned to him.

 If the conditions are satisfied you will be redirected to new page where
there will be an option to attach images from camera.

 After adding images click on Submit button to geotag post office feature
selected. If successful you will be redirected back to Map page else the
error, message will appear.
Geotag Post Office Assets
 Click on Geotag button to start Geotagging post office assets operation.

 Tap on the feature for which you want to geotag the assets.

 CONDITIONS that must be satisfied:

1. User can only geotag assets of feature inside 200 meters radius from the current location.
2. User can only geotag assets of post office in the designated districts assigned to him.
3. Post Office feature should be validated before performing geotagging of assets.

 If the conditions are satisfied you will be redirected to new page where you will add the asset details for
the feature and there will be an option to attach images from camera.

 Fill in the details of the asset for the post office. Select the values from the four dropdowns:
1. Scheme
2. Sub Scheme
3. Asset Category
4. Asset Name
(Each of which would be populated based on prior selection from dropdowns.)
 OPTIONAL: (For Attaching Asset Geotag Images) :- Attach button will open camera to
geotag images and you can click an image and then click on ok button to finalize the
image. You can add as many images as you want.

 After this click on Submit button to add the asset. If successful popup will appear stating
Fill Asset Attributes where user can select Later or Now.

 If you select Later then you are redirected back to Map page else the error, message will
appear.

 If you select Now then a new page opens where user can fill in the attributes for the
asset geotagged and then user again has two options Submit and other one Next Asset
(with the same functionality as previous)

 Next Asset button is also provided for user to successfully add the asset along with its
geotag images if any, popup appears stating Fill Asset Attributes where user can select
Later or Now.
 Alert if the post office Asset details form  Asset details form after dropdown
feature is not validated selection

Post Office Asset Geotag Attribute Editing Module – Web
(After Mobile Geotagging)
 This is only available to Division User
 If user selects Later from the Fill Asset Attributes
popup while asset geotagging, then only user can
fill the attributes for that respective asset
geotagged.
 The user can only view its respective Geotagged
Asset based on his assigned districts.
 The module report will open which will show the
Images link corresponding to each asset and details
of the added asset.
 User can view Image on click of image link
 Currently the status of each asset is “geotagged”.
 There is another link “Add Asset Attributes”.
Clicking on the link will open the dialog box.
 User must fill those attributes and click on submit
button.
 It will Submit the added attributes for further
validation and change the status of geotagged
asset to “edited”.
