Ice breaking
• Direction numbers
Instruction :
• In this game, there are 4 directions. Those are west, north, east, and south. Every
direction is changed by number. West is 1, north is 2, east is 3, and south is 4. in
this game we have 3 levels of difficulty. Whenever the facilitator mention any
number, so the teachers need to face their body to the correct direction.
• Level 1 is normal/single number (e.g 2, the teachers face to the north)
• Level 2 with single math formula (+, -, and so on) e.g 2+2 or 5-4
• Level 3 with mix formula (2 or 3 formula in one question/instruction) e.g 2+3-
4x2

• Note : maximum number is 4

Asking for clarification is a kind
of expression which is used to get a
clarification or clear information from
someone or a speaker. Usually it is
used when the information or
utterance has not clear yet.
Purpose
Asking for clarification is used to
get a clarification or repetition of
information from the speaker.
Examples
• What do you mean by that?
• Sorry, I didn’t catch what you said.
• Could you repeat that, please?
• Could you please more slowly, please?
• Sorry, what did you just say?
