INTRODUCTION

• The Online Auction management system is a web

based application which will help users to buy or sell
item; they can trade anything they want by posting ad.
• This application will allow users to post their products
for auction; bidder can register and can bid for any
available product.

PROBLEM STATEMENT

• The problem statement for this project is in ability of buyers to

properly and physically evaluate the product quality as the whole
process happens over the internet, this greatly affects a buyer’s
choice when it comes to partaking in online auctions

OBJECTIVES
The objective of an online auction system is to
develop a user-friendly auctioning site where any
kind of product can be auctioned. The system
should provide value-added services to the bidders
and the sellers

METHODOLOGY

•Gather all the information covering features, functionalities, budget,

goals, platform types, etc.

•Create a software development plan and onboard developers or
partner with a software development company
•Design a prototype with all the necessary features.
•Build a minimum viable product for the online auction platform.
•Test the platform using MVP by providing limited access to some
bidders.

• The bidding process can be conducted on a global
scale.
