Introduction
Don Mariano Fortunato Jhocson founded
National University in 1900, a non-sectarian and
co-educational institution in Manila. The
university has undergone continuous
modernization and upgrading since 2008,
following a disastrous fire in 1998. The dynamic
institution focuses on providing quality
education and development programs, focusing
on molding students into lifelong learners,
faculty, employees, alumni, industry partners,
and community members. The dynamic nature
of the institution is characterized by its
commitment to nation building and enhancing
the competencies and commitment of its
Nationalians. Cultural images, such as paintings,
photographs, and sketches, offer a
comprehensive understanding of a society's past
and present cultural aspects.
