• Go on https://shop.celcom.com.my/ . Click on top right side Login link.
• Once you enter mobile number for login, you will be landed on OTP verification page. Enter you
received OTP and login on site.

Prepaid Starter Pack
• https://www.celcom.com.my/personal/prepaid/plans/xpax
• Upon clicking “Buy Now”, we could choose or search number.

• After you choose the number, you need to fill up the “Personal Information Detail”.
•Once complete input the information, click “Checkout”.

Here you can see all available devices.

• Go on https://shop.celcom.com.my/store/devices. Click on any device. You will be landed on device
detail page.
• Here you can choose product color/memory size. You can also choose “Buy Device Option” on detail
page and there will be “Features & Specifications” info at the bottom.

• Upon clicking “Checkout” button, user

will be redirected to Order Summary for
the selected device.
• User need to confirm the personal info
before proceed to payment.

2. Set time to 15 mins to monitor Celcom Estore dashboard.
