audience especially when they are within reach. Fence

Opening: CHINESE DRUMS AND


RIBBON/FAN DANCE
When all the VIPS and members of the Press
arrived, Drum Group and Chinese Dancers
will perform an energetic dance to liven up
the morning.

Host WELCOME
After the performance, female host
enters and welcome guests to the
momentous event. Host to talk about
Richland and Richland Emerald Project
and segue to AVP of Than Thai Capital.

Audio-Visual Presentation of Than Thai Capital
will be played.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF VIPs
Host enters stage and, one by one, mentions
and acknowledges VIPs, Government
Officials and Distinguished Guests.
Each guest rises to be acknowledged.

SPEECHS
Host introduce representatives of different
entities.
Each representative takes centerstage and
gives speech and talk about their vision,
involvement and their congratulatory
support to Than Thai Capital and the Project.

PRE-KEY MOMENT
CHINESE ACROBATS
 After the speech, host enters
and acknowledges all key
representatives.
 Host to introduce the next
number and prepares the
audience for the Pre-Key
Moment. Chinese Acrobats
perform their dance and
routine. A complementing
video parallel to the dancers’
movements will be played on
screen. Chinese Acrobats
represent the versatility,
brilliance and technical
prowess similar to the
Program Proper

DRAGON ENTERS
 As the Chinese Acrobats
perform their amazing feat,
two Dragons will emerge
from the back. Leading the
dragons are ribbon
dancers. They will lead the
dragon to the stage.

SHOVEL CALL and HARD HAT


ENTRANCE
 Host enters to call the Reps of
each company for the Shovel
Ceremony.
 Reps enter and go to their
position.
 Host calls for the “Hard Hat” to
be carried by Models dressed in
Chinese Formal Wear.
 Ribbon Dancers enter again to
lead the Models as they deliver
the Hard Hat to the Reps.
 Host to prompt the audience to
use their Chinese Toy during
the ceremony to create noise

SHOVEL AND CONFETTI SHOWER


In front of the stage, a structure to hold the sand/soil can be seen. The
sand/soil will be shaped like the letter “R”.

Once everybody is in their position, Drum Groups will start beating the
drums and Ribbon Dancers will continue their dance routine by the side
of the Shovel Area.

Audience will be prompted to use their toys to create noise and push all
the bad spirits away.

After all the reps have shove d away the soil/sand, Confetti Shower will
be blasted. Audience will applaud.

Reps to proceed to the Prototype Area and unveil the prototype by


pressing a Red Button.

A gigantic Red Lantern will light up and beneath it will rise the
prototype encased in glass.

AVP OF RICHLAND EMERALD


 After the Confetti Shower, Audio Visual Presentation of Richland
Emerald will be played.

Before the video ends, Ribbon Dancers, Lion Dance and Models
will enter to escort the VIPs to the Groundbreaking Activation Area.

The Ground Breaking Area path will have a Red Carpet runway and
Red Chinese Umbrellas which can be used by guests.
Models/Ushers and Usherettes to hold the umbrellas for VIPs.

ACTIVATION BUTTON
When all the Reps are in their respective
place, they will be asked to place their right
hands on a golden engraved handprint. Lucky
inscription will be marked on the engraved
handprint. Once the last person has placed his
hand on the panel, fireworks will be lighted.

Big Chinese Flags surrounding the equipment


will rise.

 Drilling Commences.

ENTERTAINMENT
• Breakfast Buffet to be opened.
•Song and Dance Numbers from famous Broadway Musicals (Flower
Drum Song, South Pacific, The King and I) will be sung and performed
by singers seasoned Actors/Singers (Saigon Players).
