Bijay Nepal, an MBA from Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu, Nepal in 1993 has extensive
national and international experience in Tourism industry for more than three decades. Started
career with Shangri-La Holidays in 1990, worked with Shangri-La Village Resort, Pokhara, Hotel
Royal Singi, Kathmandu, Incentive Group of Companies - GSA Air Asia X Malaysia and Malla
Travel and Trek Services P. Ltd – A Joint venture with Le Passage to India at senior and
management levels. Practically evolved with all four pillars of Nepalese tourism: Travel,
Trekking, Hotel and International Aviation.
THE CORE TEAM
Dilip Shamsher Kunwar, Masters in Travel and Tourism Management in 2010 has started career
in Nepalese Tourism from Global Travel P. Ltd in 2005. Later he joined Malla Travel and Trek
Services – A joint venture with Le Passage to India in 2009. During his professional journey of
13 years, he has successfully worked with different market around the world. His expertise is
for very good relation with the trade suppliers and designing the tour package with best price.

APPLICATION
IMPORTANT VISA AND INTERNAL PERMIT
FORMALITIES BEFORE DEPARTURE
• While entering Tibet via China, Chinese visa must be obtained in their home country.
We will issue Tibet permit and deliver in any Gateway cities of China. We must require
scan copy of passport and copy of Chinese visa at least 20 days prior to arrival in
gateway cities in China. Guest require Tibet permit (original copy) which we handover
during their time in China before they enter to Tibet Autonomous Region (TAR). It
always good to stay a night in China to give us time to deliver permit or at least have
enough transit time.
• Entering Tibet via gateway city of Kathmandu, Nepal, client must spend at least 3
nights in Kathmandu (working days) for final process of Tibet visa as per the visa
working days i.e. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
• We need the following documents to apply the Tibet permits and visa approval letter:
Clear, color scan copy of passport must be provided to us at least 20 days prior to
the arrival.
Chinese Embassy visa form. (We have simplified the visa form and request client
to duly fill it up and send us in advance.)
1 Color passport MRP size photo (once clients arrive in Kathmandu)
Original passport (once clients arrive in Kathmandu).
• You must travel in same passport that you gave copy for permit formalities in advance.
Passport must be valid more than 6 months and passport must be ordinary.
• You do not need to Chinese visa if you are entering Tibet via gateway city of
Kathmandu. Likewise, Tibet visa will also be valid for China mainland. If you are
traveling to China, please let us know your program in China and length of stay in order
to apply visa as your length of stay in China. Please avoid splitting or extending Tibet
visa for your further journey to China in Tibet or in China which is extremely
complicated and authority may refuse to do so in China, so please carefully plan and
organize before booking the trip to avoid problem in future time.
• Chinese Embassy is closed during festivals; however Embassy accommodate by
accepting visa application in advance and issue visa upon the verification of the original
passport. You are required to pay urgent visa fee and all necessary documents.
