44y/male, ER at 12 hours so no MT but Hemicraniectomy done.


With TMS, he showed signs of good recovery in 2 weeks. He developed
some spasticity later when he discontinued TMS.

1) BP < 125/75 mm Hg
2) LDL cholesterol < 100 mg/dL
3) TG < 150mg/dL
4) HDL cholesterol > 40 mg/dL

5) 5% weight reduction in those
who are overweight or obese
