We hope that students will improve as they find learning and practicing useful, fair and giving everyone a feeling of achievement. I think this may not a fulfilled comprehension but aimed at developing interest, deeper understanding and emotional response. Objectives: 1. To get sufficient knowledge of ethics, norms and values. 2. To develop healthy habit as per the definition of WHO. Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing and not merely absence of disease or infirmity. 3. To make the aim of life and necessary schedule of daily working procedure. 4. Students should identify the knowledge of safety rule, social problems, criminal activities, social abuse, sexual abuse, self realization and so on. 5. (d) Every problem is like a red signal, if they wait and care more, it will turn into green. (e) There are two types of people, those who incite, and those who inspire. (f) Not all storms disturb your life; some come to clear your path. (g) Be kind, be fair, be honest, be true and all of these things be come back to you. (h) When you destroy someone's life with lies, take it as a loan, it will come back with interest.. (i) You came with nothing and fight for everything. (q) Death asked life, "Why does everyone love you and hate me?" Life replied, "Because I am beautiful lie and you are painful truth." (r) Stay away from negative people, they have a problem for every solution. Issues/Challenges 1. Weak performance of students taught by subject teacher. 2. Duo responsibility 3. Class controlling situations of teachers/principal/administrator. 4. Facing on a daily basis on the difficult working conditions we are often subjected to. 5. Challenge for imparting the great legacy of teaching. Conclusion: Teaching profession is teamwork. If one makes a mistake, it hampers to the whole unit/circle. We have to take risks if we want to achieve things and be successful. Focus more on the internal strengths that one can develop and enhance as it's still dormant. The courage, bravery, confidence, creativity, intelligence and free will to emerge and reemerge that can better anyone's expectation. The best use of imagination is creativity. The worst use of imagination is anxiety. Everything we need is inside us.
