EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

• The general meaning of emotional intelligence is the ability to


control emotions, have a stable mind, and optimism, know how to
empathize with others, be committed, rational, and mindful, and be
able to recognize the desires of others, and know social courtesy.
• So, emotional Intelligence will help life be creative and happy.
• Briefly, the main point of emotional intelligence is self-
compassion, empathizing with others, and resolving conflicts.
HOW TO PRACTICE EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENT IN MY DAILY LIFE

• In my monastery, we value practicing meditation my master teaches us to focus


on into ourselves all the time, I must observe my mind and body as well as
emotion until I can see everything is real. My practice method was
1. I must meditate for at least two hours a day to support mindfulness as strong.
2. After that during the day, I have tried to use mindfulness observe and focus
on the center of the body according to my master's teaching as much as I can.
• Mindfulness will help control the mind and the mind can maintain stable emotion
so, If you can control the mind, mean that you an also control emotion.
BENEFITS OF EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE TRAINING FROM MY
EXPERIENCE

• 1. able to control the mind.

• 3. Able to think analytically, identify, and make the right
decisions.
• 4. have a peaceful mind.
