All Candidates- These candidates are added in bulk and can
also be included one by one. Which is very good feature

All candidates - In this ATS one can see how much profile is
completed but what can be more useful is if we can see if this
profile is relevant or not in percentage section
Details of all the jobs which are assigned to one recruiter but more helpful will be if we
can see all the jobs for one client in one go directly for all the employees working in the
same project

Candidate creation and upload form – Bulk uploading is a must for any ATS to
work easily and digitalization to be in process, easy and fast
Also, the option of Google Crome extension is the most helpful tool in creating
any data base and is very user friendly

Process of resume parsing into the portal – Can be eased out by
using bulk upload and AI for better parsing and making fields
customized
Using custom field - Profile view (Can generate a Resume from

Note – Can use it directly from company portal and when a candidate
apply for a job they can go through the process of assessment while
applying for the job (So when we get the profile, we already have the
behavioral and aptitude test result with us)
