    THEORY
    Meaning:-The state is believed to have emerged not at
    a fixed period nor just one factor is responsible for its
    emergence.
    “The important forces which played role in
    the origin of the state are –Kinship ,
    Religion and Political Consciousness.”

    In the end ,we can safely conclude that Historical or


    Evolutionary theory is the most acceptable theory
    about the origin of state . This theory tries to prove
    that the state is not the result of any one single
    factor and that it did not come into being all over the
    globe at once and at the same time .
