Conclusion
The study provided valuable
insights into the career
aspirations of Grade 12 students.
The survey provided various
options to choose from. Moreover,
from its factors, it assists
students in making the best and
most satisfying career choices.
Recommendations
1. Students should identify their
strengths to learn from their chosen
careers more effectively.
2. The researchers recommend that
parents should allow their children to
follow whatever interests them. With
this, parents should act as mentors to
help them succeed in their chosen
careers.
Recommendations
3. Schools should run career guidance
programs to assist students in making
decisions relevant to their career path.
4. The study scope should be broadened
due to the study's small sample size of
grade 12 students of Baguio City
National High School. With this, the
results will be more accurate with a
large sample size.
