Conclusion

• Multifocal gratings metalens are able to control intensity ratio.

• The intensity ratio changed with adjusting the area of the segmented metalens
structure

• Both numerical simulation and experiment measurement have a good


agreement.

• Benefits to the applications of the focusing metalens in wavefront


manipulation, optical imaging, and microparticle trapping
