A Best Teacher should have
to teach the responsibilities
to his/her students being a
human being along with his
curriculum.
He / She should follow
Moral values along with the
College/Institution Rules.
The Way of Teaching
1. After entering into the class ,have a look from first
bench to Last and observe all then students will feel
that the faculty member is observing all.
2. Maximum try to cover every student while
delivering the lecture and ask few questions once a
while(Subject or general).
3. Play Some jokes or tell some case studies.
4. Try to be on the Dias for maximum time.
5. Whatever you are writing on the board, be clear
about that in subject and in writing.
6. Finish the Lecture before 5 to 10 Mins(Attendance).

Be cautious about our dressing
because students will closely
observe us.

Every male faculty should

prefer to come in In-Shirt and
in Formal Shoes.

Every Female faculty should

prefer either Sari or
Chudeedhar.

Even we should ask the
students to come in formal
dresses(In-Shirt/Chudeedhar/S
uit).

We can encourage the

students to come in casuals
sometimes but not often.
e-Class (Hi-tech Class)
 Use Projector to explain the
circuits , flow diagrams to
increase understandability of
students and to fill their mind
with the subject.

 Use OHP(Over Head Projector) to

ease the way of delivering the
lecture in an efficient way.

 The above two can make

students to concentrate on what
we are explaining and what we
are delivering to them and it will
make them to think INNOVATIVE
and INVENTION.
Try to provide Notes……….1
Try to give the notes in brief to
know what is what. But suggest
and encourage them to read
Text Books.
To prepare the material or
Lecture notes prefer reference
text books than suggested
books.
Better to dictate the notes
than giving to them to take
true copy.

While dictating the notes,
go to every ones place and
observer them what they
are doing.

Don’t force them but make

them write by convincing.
Make students interactive..
 Make students interactive in
the class or in lab by asking
them different types of
questions and solutions for
different scenarios.
 Make them to prepare case
studies about the incidents
happen in real time.
 Organize debates, forums..
etc to discuss about latest
technologies, events, current
affairs etc.

Give Some Assignments
which should impact their
thoughts.
Our Assignments or
Project work should let
them to think innovative.
He should get the things
from the different sources
to finish the work given
to them and the work
should not be like simply
copy paste
