• 2 PCS 6 X 8 INCH PLYWOOD
• 2 PCS 8 X 80 INCH PLYWOOD
• 1 PC 14 X 80 INCH PLYWOOD
WHAT TOOL YOU WILL USE
• DRILL
• CLAMP
• PLAN
• MARKER (PENCIL)
• PULL PUSH RULE
• 8 INCH DRILL (DIAMETER DOES NOT MATTER)
• 2 SETS OF SCREWS (1 INCH & 3 INCH)
• SHORT SCREW WHEN YOUR DRILLING a
PLYWOOD TO a 2X4
• 3 INCH SCREW WHEN YOUR DRILLING a 2 X 4
TO ANOTHER 2 X4
START
• GET THE PC OF 14 X 80 INCH PLYWOOD AND
ALL 4 OF THE 14 INCH LENGTH 2 X4
• TAKE THE TAPE MEASURE AND MARK THE 14
INCH LENGTH OF PLYWOOD

REMOVE THE CLAMP
ROTATE AND SCREW
DO THE SAME AT THE BOTTOM
Get your 8 x 80 plywood
Put the rough side down
Should have 4 inch over length on each side
Drill 6-8 holes
Start putting screws
Notice that there is a 4 inch over length on
both ends
•Do that again
and make 2 of
them
The remaining pc you need to make
6 x 8 plywood
2 PCS 8 INCH LENGTH 2 X4
(you need to make 2 of these)

Drill the plywood to the 2 x 4
Repeat the process to get 2
•Once you’ve
done that its
time to ….
Assemble
everything
Collect all the finish jobs
Your side pieces
will go on each
side
Side pieces along the
access of the beam
The overhanging plywood should come at
the end of the bottom piece
Get the remaining plank
Your end piece should go at the bottom
Secure the position of
your end piece
The end of the plywood should be
connected to the end of the 2 x 4
Do the same thing on the
other side
Now is the good time to use clamp
put in the center to apply pressure
Connect the side piece and the end pieces
together
Do the same
thing at the
other end
Drill the cleats
Repeat on the other side
Get your long screws and sink them in
Label it with your group name
Put back all the
tools on their
proper order and
your all set
