Activity 1 “SAKTO!”
1. Each of the team is provided with a budget of 1500 pesos.
2. Imagine that your group will buy materials for the First Aid
kit.
3. How will you budget the money with the items presented later?
4. Select 1 person from your group to explain your budget.
Activity 2 “ARAY KO PO”
• Watch and Observe the content of the Video
• Answer the ff questions:

Activity 3 “Hala ka KOL”
• The class will be divided into pairs.
• Identify who will be the Victim and First Aider.
• Perform your own first aid steps about sprain.
• The pair should say HALA ka KOL before executing
the steps.

Activity 4 “HALA KA KOL PART 2”
With the same pair, the team will perform again first aid
for SPRAIN.
• This time, the pair will apply the RICE method correctly
and properly.
• The pair should say HALA ka KOL before executing
the steps.
Criteria:
1. Content - 7 pts
2. Execution/Dramatization - 10 pts
3. Cooperation - 3 pts
Total: 20 Pts
