8:The Amount a Partner Can Withdraw From the Firm:
That the partners are allowed to withdraw amount from the
firm with the permission of Malik Hussain which shall be
debited from their personal accounts.
9:The amount of Salary or Commission Payable to
any Parties for his Services

If any of the partner will perform his services then

Malik Hussain will decide his remuneration.

10:The Circumstances Under a Firm shall Dissolve:

A firm will dissolve if any of the partner becomes
insolvent or unsound mind or if suffers from a serious
medical issue.
 11:The Period of the Accounting Year:

Book of accounts will start from 1ST of July to 30th

June.
12:The Ways to Solve Disputes Among Partners and
Appointment of an Arbitrator:
In case of any dispute A girl named Abeer will resolve
their disputes and acts as arbitrator due to her skills
in business administration.
13:Miscellaneous:

That terms and conditions not specified in deed shall

be covered by provisions of partnership Act 1932, as
applicable in Pakistan.
