VERNIER CALLIPER
 Vernier Calliper Definition
• Piece that is applied on a graduated rule to appreciate
smaller divisions than those offered by the rule.
 Vernier Function
• Vernier calipers are high precision instruments, which are
used when you need to make measurements on different
surfaces. Easy reading, due to the inclination angle of the
vernier surface of 15º (secondary scale), it allows 4 types of
measurement: exterior, interior, step and depth.
