CET strategy:

1. Identify Key implements used for sugarcane cultivation with < 30 HP tractors, tie up with
implement OEMs and provide End to End

2. mechanisation solution with suitable attachments and E-Gati Tractors.

3. Identify key farmers and dealers and influencers in above locations. Promote the product
by explaining the Cost Benefit Analysis

4. Multiple BTL activities and field activities to be conducted with partnership of


Dealer/Distributor and FPO channels.

5. Tie up with Sugarcane Institute to promote the solutions to Farmers and Government.

6. Compact tractors in Sugarcane used for Inter-row cultivation , weeding and tilling. Involves
high labour cost, E-Gati is perfect solution. Can target 200 tractors in First year of
operation and 500 tractors in second year in this belt.
