HRM, or human resource management, is the process of finding,
selecting, assigning, and overseeing workers inside a company.
The phrase "human resources" was initially used to refer to all of the
employees of the company in the early 1900s, and it became increasingly
popular in the 1960s.

HR managers who practice excellent people management may assist in hiring new workers
who possess the abilities to advance the objectives of the business. In order to achieve the
goals of the company, HR specialists also support workers' professional growth and training.

demands.

 HOW DOES IT WORKS
HR specialists oversee the daily performance of HR-related tasks. In most

and role of each position within HR departments vary.

Many HR specialists work for larger companies, managing specialized responsibilities

such hiring, talent management, immigration and visas, employee perks, and
remuneration.

British government official and governor of Sindh, Sir
