Fintech is still a relatively new industry in Vietnam. Financial Technology (FinTech) program is the
determination and action of the Universities in supporting and promoting the 4.0 technology revolution
in Vietnam in the field of Finance - Banking through the training of team members and young staff with
in-depth knowledge of Finance, Fintech which is currently lacking in quantity and quality.
Universities that train in banking and finance including:

National Economics University

- In 2018, National Economics University opened a new discipline – Bachelor of Financial
Technology (FinTech).
- The Bachelor of Financial Technology (FinTech) 2+2 program is a joint venture between National
Economics University (National Economics University) and Asia University Taiwan.
Institute of Post and Telecommunications Technology
- In 2021, Institute of Post and Telecommunications Technology opened Fintech PTIT Program.
- Bachelor's degree in Financial Technology at the Institute and an undergraduate degree from
Huddersfield (UK), or an undergraduate degree in Financial Technology from the Institute and a
Master's degree in Fintech from Huddersfield (UK) under the agreement of 3 programs +1 and 4+1
between PTIT and University of Huddersfield.
