My internship was in a IT consulting Company based out in UK, therefore the comparison is done keeping my earlier
experience in the IT domain.

• Skills – Basic knowledge of tools, Good
sales and Marketing skills
• Attitude - Willing to try working in new
avenues and not afraid to get the hands
dirty

• Knowledge – In-depth understanding
of IT industry and business models
• Experience – Gained experience
working on the real business problem
while working with CXOs.
• Skills – Increased skills sets. LEAN

 Skill Enhancement
During the internship I got a chance to working in multiple projects from different

Conclusion

• The candidate can deliver high performance and therefore can be considered for
the Hi-Po pipeline basis the performance and improvements made during the
tenure.
