Flannel cake

Flannel cake is
these are thin pancakes with a filling, most often with sour
milk cheese
Ingredients
Eggs Water
01 Two units
04 Half a glass

Flour Sugar and salt


02 Six tablespoons
05 Two tablespoons of sugar and
salt to taste

Milk Oil
03 One glass
06 One and a half tablespoons
Prepare the necessary
ingredients. After that, pour
milk into a deep bowl, add
water and beat the eggs. Add
salt and sugar. Beat everything
thoroughly with a mixer at
low speed.

Sift the flour, then add it to the already prepared


mixture. But mix so that there are no lumps. Add
vegetable oil to the finished dough and mix.
Leave the dough for twenty minutes. During this
time, the dough will become thicker. After the
specified time, mix the dough again.
The third step
After our dough is completely ready, we can fry
our flannel cake. Preheat the pan before that. We
pour our dough in a thin layer onto the heated
pan and spread it around the entire perimeter of
the pan. Bake for half a minute until the edges
are browned. After that, turn over flannel cake
and do the same. This is how we prepare all the
dough.
