EXCAVATOR Swing PROCESS

The hydraulic swing components can rotate a full 360

degrees under operator control. The diesel motor will move the
lever to open the control valve.

Traveling Left and Right Shoe

Not only does it rotate freely, the excavator can also move
forward and backward freely as a mobilization from one place to
another. Well, the forward and backward movements of the
excavator are fully controlled using a control valve. When the
valve opens, the hydraulic power generated by the pump will be
converted into mechanical power through the travel motor.

In order to move up and down, the excavator boom is
controlled when the lever in the cabin causes the boom raise
valve and the boom down valve on the control valve to
connect to the boom cylinder.

Arm In Out
Not only the boom, the arm is also fully driven by the arm
cylinder. Shaped like a hinge, this can open and close the
excavator arm as needed. The lever in the cabin will open
and close the arm in out valve. This will cause hydraulic
pressure to move the arm cylinder to open and close.

Crawl Dump Buckets
Meanwhile, the working arrangement of the excavator
bucket is the same as the others, namely using hydraulic
pressure which is controlled through a valve. The dump
bucket functions to open and the crawl bucket functions to
close. The lever in the cabin space will open the valve to
regulate the work of the bucket. When it opens, the lever will
open.

DUMP TRUCK Gently release the stamp on the clutch pedal, Bak dump
truck will rise slowly.
If additional force is needed to raise the body, slowly step on
the gas pedal to increase hydraulic power.
After the body is fully raised, depress the clutch pedal
fully then push the PTO lever back to the forward/neutral
position to release the PTO rotation to the hydraulic pump. In
this position, the body will still be raised and cannot be
lowered.
Lever hydraulic pump returns to its original position or
neutral position (without the need to step on the gas pedal)
then the tub will lower it self.

GRADER A Motor Grader is heavy equipment that is used to level
the ground, so the Motor Grader runs at a low speed of
around 2800 rpm. Then, the operator in the control room is
in charge of managing the Motor Grader work process to
suit the needs.
To carry out its duties, the Motor Grader will be moved
back and forth many times until it feels like the leveled
ground is really as desired. The grader works by pushing
the field using a large and sharp knife. When the Motor
Grader is moved forward, the blade will be lowered. Then
when the Motor Grader is moved backwards, the blade will
lift and so on. The knife is positioned between the hydraulics
which work by expanding and also lifting.

VIBRATORY
A vibratory roller works. Below we will briefly explain how the vibro
roller works or operates.
ROLLER
First, you have to set the gas lever in the minimum position.
The goal is that later the gas pull doesn't get too tight when the
engine starts running. You have to open the valve on the fuel tank
so that later the vibro roller fuel can go down to the engine. To turn
on the machine, you must turn the key in the on position.
Pull the lever so that the machine can be started. When the
engine is running, you have to preheat the vibro roller engine for
about 5 to 10 minutes. The goal is to make the path of oil more
evenly distributed.
If it has warmed up and the engine is ready, then you can now
adjust the gas lever according to your needs. Use the steering rod
on the machine so that the vibro roller machine can be directed
easily during the soil compaction process.
