SITE CONDITION
Brave Ville subdivision presents
some distinctive challenges for construction.
Its proximity to a mountain means the terrain
isn't level. There are certain areas that
massive rocks are present in in the ground,
making construction a bit more complex. Due
to these factors, they designated specific lots
as "reserved" because they might pose
difficulties for building.

Maintenance in Houses: Establish a regular maintenance program to address issues within individual houses, ensuring they
remain in good condition over time.
Finish Unfinished Houses: Complete the houses that are not yet done. Put in doors, windows, and give them a fresh coat of
paint.
Water Supply and Distribution: Build or upgrade water supply systems to ensure reliable and sufficient water access
throughout the day.
Waste Management Facilities: Establish designated areas for waste collection, including recycling bins and proper disposal
facilities.
Street Lighting: Install street lights to enhance visibility and safety at night.
Recreation and Community Spaces: Create parks, playgrounds, and communal areas for residents to gather, play, and
socialize.
