• No materials shall be kept in the vehicle. All materials shall be kept at the back box.

 H&S Site Inspection and Reporting plan

• The sites shall be covered by Hayat H&S team.

• Any unsafe conditions, near misses shall be reported to the customer immediately.

• Any form of HiPo incidences shall be reported within 24 hours and investigations shall commenced immediately.

• Site inspection reports shall be submitted weekly to the customer.
