rugby needs a lot of stamina and strength playing rugby
has lots of health benefits detailed in the further section of
this article. Rugby union is both a professional and
amateur game played by the 15 individuals on each side
striving hard for the ball to make it to the opposite

needs a lot of running and core strength playing this repeatedly will improve your

2 Handball

Handball is an exciting and fast-paced team game that

is popular in Europe, which combines the techniques
of soccer and basketball to create unique and
competitive game play. To play team handball, each
team has to shoot, dribble, and pass a ball in order

to score goals over the opposing team. To play singles or doubles handball, which
is more popular in America, you have to score against your opponent with the help
of one, two, three, or four walls.
3 Painting

A painting is an image created using pigments on a

surface such as paper or canvas. The pigment may be
in a wet form, such as paint, or a dry form, such as
pastels .

Painting is one of the most known hobbies in the world many artists have been
know with this hobby and the advantage of painting is that you can express your
feelings with paint its like free therapy .

Language learning is a conscious process, is the

product of either formal learning situation or a self-
study program .

It can be hard to learn a new language but you can learn it on your free time
and the benefit of that is if one day you travel to a country you can find
yourself knowing how to communicate with people and the must talked
language in the world are English and Spanish .
5 Acting
Acting is an activity in which a story is told by means
of its enactment by an actor or actress who adopts a
character—in theatre, television, film, radio, or any
other medium that makes use of the mimetic mode.

Acting is an art, hobby, and work helps to regenerate a person's energy and
shows the depths of many characters
6 Writing

Writing as a hobby is great for stress relief and self-

expression for those with busy schedules, plus it can help
improve overall writing skills. Some individuals may
allocate 60 minutes per day for writing, while others may
only have a few minutes or prefer to write in bursts
whenever they have time .

and presentation various methods are used to create and
