This is a combination of prehispanic Mexico with
MOLE
one of the more
popular and
representative
mexican gastronomy
dishes is the Mole,
the name comes
from nahuatl “molli
o mulli”, and it's a
chili mix in a thick
sauce
POZOLE
The pozole is a traditional mexican
soup,
this is elaborate with corn kernels
exist in two
types, white and red, my favorite is
the red pozole and the mas popular
TACOS The taco is a one tortilla with some
ingredient, exist a big variety of tacos:
o Tacos al pastor
o Carnitas of tacos
o Barbacoa of tacos
o Chorizo of tacos
o Etc. etc
ENCHILADAS
Enchiladas is a typical
Mexican dish, it is made
with corn tortilla in
sauce (depending on its
ingredients it can have
more than 100 types of
preparation)
Mexican gastronomy is one of the
best cuisines in the world. It was
recognized heritage intangible a
world by UNESCO, there are many
Mexican chefs in the world who
have Mexican food restaurants in
several countries, for example:
Enrique Olvera, Martha Ortiz,
Diego Hernández, José Ramón
Castillo or Rocio Sánchez.
