CONCLUSION

The studies finding aimed to determine the effectiveness of rice,

coconut, and corn husk ash as an additive to vermicompost as fertilizer to
tomatoes.
The results showed that the effect of rice, coconut, and corn husk
ash infused with vermicompost fertilizer on the growth of tomatoes is
comparable with the commercialized fertilizer in terms of plant height,
number of leaves, and number of fruits after 77 day of observation.
Lastly, the results showed that rice, coconut, and corn husk ash
infused with vermicompost fertilizer contains Nitrogen, Phosphorus, and
Potassium which are beneficial on the growth of plants.
RECOMMENDATION
1. Prepare fresh rice, coconut, and corn husk as this are the three main components
to use in the organic fertilizer.
2. Gather vermicompost; the better the quality of waste materials the better the
outcome.
3. Dry the rice, corn, and coconut husk ash under the sun for 7 days.
4. Burn the components finely to ash using the carbonizer (refer to methodology for
creation) with the right temperature and amount to be used.
5. Experiments on the different methods used to extract nutrients to bring out the full
potential of the rice, corn, and coconut husk.
RECOMMENDATION

6. the different proportion of the rice, corn, and coconut husk

ash to determine the best proportion to improve its capabilities.
7. Place the experimental units in a mini greenhouse in order to
control its surrounding and avoid any uncontrolled variables.
8. Observe the tomato plants for longer periods rather than just
12 weeks to yield a more desirable result.
9. Observe the soil by monitoring its nutrients, pH, and fertility
level in order to determine if it preserve the soil’s health.
