Bottle Filling System Using VARIABLE SPEED DRIVE

(Industrial Project)

FYDP Session 2023-24: Proposal Defense Presentation

Department of Electrical Engineering, B-SEAS 1

Problem Statement

This project aims to design and implement a bottle filling system using variable speed drive to
address the challenges associated with manual bottle filling processes. The primary issues with
manual bottle filling include inconsistent fill levels, potential overflows or underfills, and increased
production time due to manual intervention. The system aims to overcome these challenges by
automating the filling process using PLCs, integrating sensors, actuators, and control logic, and
providing real-time monitoring capabilities.
