Approval Process Handbook is to develop a dedicated portal that
streamlines the approval process for technical institutions. Describe your Technology stack here:
 This portal would allow institutes and stakeholders to input their ⮚ Consider using portal-building tools or platforms like:
specific course, infrastructural requirement and in return, provide the
⮚ HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and Django, SQL
all the required documents, along with fee structure information.

 The fundamental objective of this portal is to parse the approval
process handbook and convert its contents into a user-friendly format
