Firstly, accidents caused by a variety of factors and therefore any


programmes designed to reduce the number of accidents must take
a multi-pronged approach. Secondly, Sexual Harassment at the
workplace can be eradicated proper mechanisms are introduced.
Lastly, the last conclusion is Violence at work is increasing.
Employers need to prepare specific policies and procedures to
prevent violence at work and to deal with it , should an incident
occur.
