Objective

• Provide material and potential strategies to Glenwood Together to


enhance revenue for operational funding. By providing a broader,
diversifi ed revenue stream strategy Glenwood Together could
execute more desired community programs to reach their stated
goals.
Our Approach

• Requested list of comparable organizations from client

•GT provided 7 total comps

• Deployed Email Questionnaire to program directors of comparable


organizations

• Researched existing funding structure of comparable organizations

• Identifi ed a strategy for funding resources that can be executed by
