TRAINING PHASE
Training Phase: During the training phase of my internship at Zeilhoch Company, I
was introduced to the various aspects of the company's services, which included wealth
advisory, accounting, and consulting. My primary role was that of an insurance agent,
but I also had the opportunity to gain exposure to the broader financial services
industry. Here is an overview of my responsibilities and achievements during the
training phase:

KNOWLEDGE

I underwent comprehensive training to understand


various insurance products offered by Zeilhoch.
This included life insurance, health insurance, and
property and casualty insurance.

CLIENT INTRACTION

• I shadowed senior agents and learned the art of effective client communication and relationship building.
This involved listening to client needs and concerns, and proposing suitable insurance solutions.

After the training phase, I transitioned into a more active role as an

client base. This involved cold-calling, networking, and referrals.

I collaborated with clients to develop comprehensive financial plans that incorporated insurance
solutions as a key component. This allowed clients to achieve their long-term financial goals while
protecting their assets.

ACHIEVEMENTS

• Successfully closed X insurance policies during my internship,


exceeding the company's expectations. Gained a deeper
understanding of financial planning and wealth management, which
will be valuable for my future career.

LIMITATIONS
As an intern, I had limited experience in handling complex insurance scenarios
and high-net-worth clients, which sometimes posed challenges. Time management
and prioritization were areas I needed to improve, especially when dealing with a
large number of clients and administrative tasks. Limited exposure to the broader
services offered by Zeilhoch, such as wealth advisory and consulting, due to my
primary role as an insurance agent. Overall, my internship at Zeilhoch Company
was a valuable learning experience that allowed me to develop important skills in
the insurance industry and provided insights into the world of financial services. It
also helped me identify areas for personal and professional growth that I can
continue to work on in the future.
