MAKING DECISIONS
An entrepreneur makes decisions every day.
This includes what to produce or sell, how much and where to sell.
One of the most important traits of being an entrepreneur is being
able to take quick decisions that more often than not, decide the
fate of your company. At the helm of the company,
entrepreneurs often have to take that one decision at the right
time which can define the future of their company.
MANAGING THE BUSINESS
An entrepreneur plans the future of his or her business.
He/she arranges for raw material, hires people for
work and tells everyone what to do. A business has
various departments: finance, human resources,
marketing, administration, logistics and supply
chain, etc. The entrepreneur utilises his functions of
management to plan, organise, lead and control so
that the objectives of the organisation can be realised.
DIVIDE INCOME
The entrepreneur divides the business money to many
groups. He/she spends money to buy material, pays
rent of the building and salaries to people. you will
have to separate your salary from the profits of the
company and the reinvestment you will make in the
short term. Organisation is key to the success of any
venture.
TAKING RISK
Risk is the chance of something going wrong. An
entrepreneur takes risks against fires, lost items and
theft. There are some clear benefits to taking
intentional risks when starting or scaling a business,
including: Getting the first-mover advantage.
Learning quickly from your wins and failures
Expanding your experimental mindset.
CREATE A NEW PRODUCT
An entrepreneur is always trying new things. He/she
does this to increase their importance and income. If
you want to be a market leader, you must design
products unique to your business. This not only sets
your products apart from the generic ones out there,
but also increases your chances of drawing in a loyal
customer base that will engage with your business
and invest in your products.
CREATE JOBS
With the growth of a business, entrepreneurs look for more people to
help them. They buy more material, and from more people. The also
hire more people to work for them. Sharing of Wealth: ​As
entrepreneurs grow their business, the people working for them and
in related businesses also grow. T hey generate direct as well as
indirect employment to the unemployed persons by setting up more
and more units of production at small- and large-scale levels.
Entrepreneurship is one of the best ways to overcome the problem
of unemployment in our country.
IMPROVING THE STANDARD OF LIVING

Through their unique offerings of new goods and


services, entrepreneurs break away from tradition
and indirectly support freedom by reducing
dependence on obsolete systems and technologies.
Overall, this results in an improved quality of life,
greater morale and economic freedom. They help
raise the standard of living for everyone by creating
jobs and making products safer, less expensive, and
more functional.
