Note: Before proceeding with registration, ensure that customer has customer ID,
debit card handy and has an active registered mobile number and email address.

1. Go to https://www.axisbank.com/
2. Hover the cursor on Login and
Select Register.

3. Enter either the customer ID or

registered mobile number. The
customer ID is mentioned in the
welcome letter and printed on the
cheque book. It can also be obtained by
sending an SMS CUSTID to 56161600.
4. Click Proceed.

provide the debit card credentials.
6. Agree to all the terms and conditions.
7. Click Proceed.

5. If selecting OTP, enter DOB and PAN

Number.
6. Agree to all the terms and conditions.
7. Click Proceed.

8. Click “Get OTP”.

9. Enter the OTP sent to registered

phone number and email address.
10. Enter the captcha.
11. Click Submit.

Get OTP.
13. Enter the OTP.
14. Click Submit.

displayed on the screen with the
option to login using net-banking.
