Note: Before proceeding with registration, ensure that customer has the phone
number registered with the bank.

1. Go to
https://www.icicibank.com/personal-
banking/insta-banking/internet-
banking
2. Click “login” button seen next to the
text “personal Banking”.

3. Click ‘Get User ID’ to initiate

the registration process

4. Enter the bank account number and the

mobile number registered with the
account before clicking ‘Go’.
5. The system will generate a user ID for
your account and display on the
screen.

6. Now, visit the login page again and

click ‘Get Password’.

7. In the next screen, click the button

labelled ‘Click Here to Proceed’.
Enter the user ID and click ‘Go’.
Enter the mobile number registered with
the account to receive the OTP.
Enter the OTP received so that the
system will generate a password for you to
access the internet banking services.
