What is meant by Perspective?
 A particular perspective is a particular way of thinking about something,
especially one that is influenced by your beliefs or experiences.
 The perspective is the angle or direction in which a person looks at an object.
In simple words, it is our point of view.
 Different people have different perspectives. Putting oneself in other’s
perspective always changes the perception of life.
Management definition
 Evolution from old traditional definition to new ones
 Management is the process of planning, organizing, leading and controlling the
efforts of organization members and of using all other organizational
resources to achieve stated organizational goals
Perspective in Management
 Perspective management deals with process, issues and aspects necessary for
becoming an efficient manager
 It deals with how an organization can be made efficient using resources in the
best manner possible
 Perspective management is all about learning the skills and strategies of perfect
management.
