5. All employees of Bareja Plant to be transferred to Hexa
6. All employees of Shanti Plant (other than Production) to be transferred to
Hexa
7. Job work of chemical Mfg.at Shanti Plant (as same continued) – No Change

 All purchase to be done in the favor of Hexa Biochem Pvt. Ltd. From
01.12.2022 (Except all import purchase ie import purchase to be done from
Chiripal Ind. Ltd.-to use L/c limits of CIL)
 Prepare details for vendor registration at party end - ie company name,
address, Gst No, PAN No., Contact Person and Details, Email id etc of hexa to
circulated to existing vendors
 EDP Dept – To create new PO series, location,GRN series etc in the store
module
 Vendor related document and details to be circulated to existing vendors and
make the registration at vendor end
